DMCA Policy for Obama Medal Meme

This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged copyright infringement and for users to respond to such claims on the Obama Medal Meme website. DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on "Obama Medal Meme" was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, a counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
